A well-established, fast-growing digital consultancy is growing their Microsoft capability and looking for a D365 Power Platform Technical Lead to join their team.

In this role, you\’ll be the driving force behind the technical delivery of low-code, cloud-first solutions for large organisations. You\’ll have a real opportunity to influence design, shape delivery, and lead teams in fast-moving, high-impact projects.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Taking ownership of the technical design and build of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.

  • Leading delivery teams and providing hands-on technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Working closely with clients to translate their needs into scalable, effective applications.

  • Overseeing development, ensuring quality, security, and system performance.

  • Driving process improvement and low-code modernisation, using Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.

  • Supporting and mentoring team members, building a collaborative and high-performing environment.

What You\’ll Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience delivering Power Platform solutions including Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power Pages.

  • Solid experience working with Dynamics 365 CE across different project sizes.

  • Proven technical skills in .NET, C#, JavaScript, APIs, and system integration.

  • Background in agile delivery, DevOps, and cloud-first development.

  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

  • Must hold a UK passport and meet the requirements for UK security clearance.

Desirable

  • Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Azure.

  • Experience working with tools like SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams.

  • Familiarity with system governance, testing best practices, and solution assurance.
