Location: London, Hybrid
Languages – Fluent in one of: Dutch, French, German, Belgian, Italian

Overview:
Choose to join our team as a Internal Recruiter and you’ll be delivering an onsite recruitment solution for a leading utilities organisation with the flexibility of home working.
As a key member within our clients team, you will be using your recruitment experience and excellent stakeholder /client relationship management skills to help find corporate talent that will enable our client’s business to flourish. Delivering quality candidates and excellent customer service will be your focus, rather than sales and strict KPIs. As an aligned member of the clients extended team you will also develop your skills by adding value through offering a best in class recruitment service.
Scope of the role:
- Directly source candidates through innovative and appropriate channels.
- Partner with vendors where appropriate to ensure a joined up and seamless manager experience.
- Become true market experts bringing data and insights to the conversation to drive resourcing decision making.
- Present shortlists with objective reasoning on selection to hiring managers with appropriate supporting documentation.
- Manage offer negotiations and work with other members of the team to ensure a seamless and engaging on-boarding experience
- Adopt a pragmatic approach with the ability to work within defined processes whilst helping achieve the individual needs of the business units
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- 360-degree in-house recruiting experience and/or relevant agency experience.
- A trusted resourcing advisor who advocates and educates their business to adopt recruitment strategies, selection/assessment processes and philosophy.
- Has a real-time pulse of the needs of the business and is consistently viewed as resourceful, consultative, and responsive by their hiring managers.
- An innovative and proactive approach to recruitment, with working knowledge of a range of direct recruitment channels.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern candidate sourcing methods with a strong focus on how best to target and engage the talent of the future.
