Client Success Manager (Marketing Effectiveness)

Role Overview
Required to work with multiple premier brands to provide first‐class strategic client services. As the primary point of contact, the manager ensures clients derive maximum value from products and services, building strong relationships and facilitating successful outcomes to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Report to the Client Success Director and collaborate with the client leadership team to ensure optimal delivery and satisfaction.

Manage multiple marketing effectiveness and analytics projects, especially those involving Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM).

Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the primary point of contact.

Deliver high‐quality client materials, analytical insights and MMM recommendations.

Interpret complex data and present findings in clear, actionable, and business‐relevant manner.

Support client growth initiatives, new business pitches, and cross‐functional collaboration.

Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of MMM techniques, industry benchmarks and data requirements.

Contribute to team learning and knowledge sharing to strengthen capabilities.
