Job Description

Kickstart Your Career in Relationship Management

Role: School Relationship Executive

Location: Leeds

Salary: £25,000

Ideal for: Recent graduates with strong communication and organisational skills

Are you ready to launch a career where your voice matters, your skills are nurtured, and your growth is inevitable?

We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic graduate to join a thriving, family-run business that’s redefining its niche in the online retail space. As a School Relationship Executive, you’ll be the bridge between our innovative brand and some of the UK’s most respected schools — acting as a trusted advisor, project manager, and brand ambassador.

This is more than just a job — it’s a launchpad. You’ll begin by managing smaller client accounts, building trust and credibility, and gradually take on larger portfolios. With dedication and ambition, you’ll find yourself progressing towards a senior leadership role within the client services team.

Why This Role Stands Out for Graduates:

  • Hands-on experience working with senior school leaders across the UK.
  • Fast-tracked career development with real responsibility from day one.
  • A supportive, growth-focused environment where learning is continuous and achievements are celebrated.
  • A varied workload that blends relationship building, project coordination, and impactful problem-solving.
  • What You’ll Be Doing:

    Building and Nurturing Relationships

    • Serve as the first point of contact for your assigned schools — offering solutions, updates, and support with confidence and clarity.
    • Regularly communicate company updates to manage expectations and maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
    • Anticipate and address potential issues early to ensure school partnerships remain positive and productive.
    • Attend key meetings throughout the year:
    • Annual review meetings (September–October)
    • Measuring events with schools (May–July)
    • Design meetings for new product development
    • Additional care meetings for schools needing extra support

    Organisation & Project Management

    • Work closely with senior managers to execute critical projects, including:
    • Planning and managing measuring events
    • Organising review schedules and communications
    • Preparing materials and samples for presentations
    • Handling logistics for exhibitions and industry events
    • Keeping internal teams aligned with client requirements and feedback

    Supporting Sales & Strategy

    • Assist in the preparation of persuasive sales presentations for potential clients.
    • Represent the brand with confidence and professionalism at industry exhibitions and events.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A confident communicator — both written and verbal — who enjoys connecting with people.
    • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a natural ability to juggle multiple tasks.
    • Someone eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility within a thriving business.
    • A driving licence is helpful (but not essential) — a willingness to learn to drive within 6–12 months is a plus.
