Brand Designer

Location: London – Hybrid (UK-based) maybe monthly travel.

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, ideas-led Freelance Brand Designer to join the in-house brand team of a major UK energy and services group. This is a unique opportunity to work across a portfolio of well-known consumer and tech brands, crafting creative that’s as strategic as it is striking.

You’ll collaborate with writers, brand leads, and creative teams to develop standout campaigns and content — from internal comms and social media to events and email — all rooted in big ideas and bold thinking.

About You

  • Mid–Senior level designer with brand and advertising experience
  • Confident working from a creative brief and generating ideas
  • Strong conceptual thinker with a keen eye for design
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion/animation a plus)
  • Comfortable in a hybrid role with regular collaboration
  • Portfolio showcasing conceptual design, social media content, internal communications, and advertising work is essential
