Your Role:
As part of Wealthify’s award-winning Product Team, reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll play a key role in delivering a human-centred approach to product development. Collaborating with UX, Design, Data, and Software Engineering professionals, you’ll take ownership of delivering impactful products and features for Web or App. This role is an opportunity to reframe how people interact with their money, fostering positive behaviours and outcomes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Researching and analysing market trends to identify growth opportunities through product development.
- Collaborating with Human-Centred Design, Data, and Customer Service teams to identify customer needs and gaps, creating tailored solutions.
- Owning and prioritising the product roadmap, developing and refining backlogs, and ensuring alignment with customer and business value.
- Incorporating AI tools into processes to improve efficiency, decision-making, and overall product outcomes.
- Actively participating in Agile processes (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews) to ensure progress, resolve blockers, and clarify uncertainties.
- Validating solutions through prototyping and customer testing.
- Breaking down features into small, testable increments, balancing scope and trade-offs to maintain delivery momentum.
- Leveraging data to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
You’ll oversee a high-growth portfolio, including ISA, GIA, and Cash products, focusing on acquisition, onboarding, and cross-sell journeys.
This involves delivering specific goals through agile product development with an in-house team. In a small but ambitious team, a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences is essential.

- Proven experience in a similar product development role.
- A detail-oriented mindset, understanding how products work and resonate with users.
- Experience managing user stories in an Agile/Scrum environment, from creation to delivery.
- Data-driven decision-making and hypothesis testing expertise.
- A passion for creating user-centred, digital products.
- Market research experience, including interviews and desk-based research.
- Ability to identify and leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to create efficiencies in product development, optimize workflows, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Ideally, experience in a start-up environment and/or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations or vendor collaboration.
- Proficiency with modern product tools (e.g., Jira, Miro, Confluence, Figma).

- Enthusiasm for running workshops to solve problems, map customer journeys, or optimise processes.
- Logical prioritisation using frameworks like Jobs to be Done, Kano Models, or lean principles.
- Ability to develop and present product strategies based on customer research and market trends.

- Passion for representing customers while meeting growth objectives.
- Knowledge of the retail investment market (beneficial but not essential).
- Analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities through data.
- Experience with A/B testing and usability tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Firebase, Hotjar).
