Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planning Manager to join a leading name in Tier 1 Main Contracting to work on various Major Projects in and around Central London.
Our client has an exceptional name across the industry and are a great company to work for due to their excellent financial position and their strong pipeline of work ahead.
They operate across a number of sectors including healthcare, residential, and education and more recently have a focus on developing the industrial sector within the business.
As a Planning Manager you will be working across the Pre Construction & Construction Delivery Teams to offer planning expertise on multiple projects at tender, PCSA and delivery stages of projects that can range from £5M – £300M+ in value.
This is fantastic opportunity as you will gain valuable exposure of the planning principles utilised on key projects and be apart of a great site team.
