Full Stack Growth Engineer
We have two openings for a mid level – 4+ years experience and 6/7+ years experience for a more senior candidate
We’re looking for a Full Stack Growth Engineer to join a high-impact, mission-driven team at one of the UK’s fastest-growing start-up's.
If you’re passionate about crafting seamless user experiences, experimenting for growth, and collaborating across disciplines – this is the role for you.
The Role
You’ll be the first engineering hire within the Growth team, working closely with in-house creatives, data-savvy marketers, and a broader technical team. You'll build tools, run experiments, and optimize the user journey across web applications – directly contributing to user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build full-stack applications and features to drive growth
- Work with TypeScript + React to deliver high-quality user experiences
- Use PostgreSQL + SQL to surface insights and inform strategies
- Launch experiments (A/B tests, CRO efforts) to optimize performance
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams
- Contribute to a service-oriented architecture with scalability in mind
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in a programming language (ideally TypeScript)
- Strong experience with React and full-stack development
- Solid database skills (especially PostgreSQL + writing complex SQL)
- Growth mindset and an interest in UX/CRO
