Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for finance, legal, and other non-technical roles across international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic consulting on hiring plans and talent pipeline development.
  • Utilize internal applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow and documentation.
  • Collaborate with global peers to ensure consistency and quality in the recruitment process.
  • Navigate multiple recruitment streams across various European countries with flexibility and insight.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of in-house recruitment experience, particularly in finance and legal domains.
  • Proven experience recruiting across Europe and APAC.
  • Strong ability to build trust and credibility with senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of modern recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Excellent consulting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with in-house candidate management systems (ATS/CRM tools).
