Where Id work: Service Delivery Centre, Bradford and home-working – a hybrid working arrangement is in place for this role Work type: This is a permanent position, working full time, you will be expected to work 37 hours within a working window of 6:00am-9:00pm Monday to Friday and also some weekends, which you will receive days off during the week. We provide essential water and wastewater services to every corner of the Yorkshire region, and play a key role in the regions health, wellbeing, and prosperity. Where you fit in: You will manage a variety of processes relating to our customers and understand the relative importance of competing priorities, so that business risks are managed, compliance is not compromised, and decisions are taken to help achieve our business and customer targets. You will manage customer contacts and jeopardy manage business priorities and customer commitments across a range of processes, protocols and systems to minimise customer/environmental impact. You will identify potential incidents, co-ordinate response and ensure all relevant parties are communicated with especially the front-line resources. You will also oversee operational performance and support our Customer Field Services teams to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are achieved. Given that we operate within a regulated and demanding operational environment of fluctuating workloads, you must be able to be adaptable, flexible and have a resilient, determined approach, able to work under pressure. What skills & qualifications you will need: Previous experience of managing customers and progressing an issue to resolution Previous scheduling or planning experience Experience of supporting and embedding change, able to influence and drive the right culture and behaviours. You will have strong communication skills and maintain effective relationships, as your role will involve day to day liaison with a wide range of internal teams and external contractors. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a team and under your own initiative.
