This Compensation & Benefits Analyst role will join a professional and friendly team and provides analytics for Compensation & Benefits activities relating to salary, benefits, benchmarking, share awards, performance incentive plans, gender pay reports and much more! A really interesting opportunity that will add to an already strong CV. Candidates must be graduate/graduate calibre, must have strong experience in the principles and practices of compensation analysis and benchmarking, have best practice experience of the annual compensation cycle.
