LPI Operative – Flintshire
Location: Hawarden, Flintshire
Hours: Monday to Friday – days
Pay: £12.21 to £13.50 per hour depending on experience

The Role:
Join a leading electronics team in Hawarden, applying your expertise in the application of LPI solder mask to printed circuit boards (PCBs). You\’ll be responsible for carefully preparing, coating, and curing LPI masks using industry-standard methods like curtain coating or spray application. You\’ll operate in a modern, clean environment, ensuring precise and bubble-free finishes while adhering to strict health, safety, and quality standards. Your keen attention to detail will help safeguard delicate copper traces and guarantee reliable board performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare PCBs for LPI application (cleaning, inspection, and masking)
