The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing critical paths aligned with key dates, working closely with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to meet timelines.
- Raising and managing purchase and sales orders for factories and customers.
- Analysing customer sales data to highlight potential issues and opportunities.
- Planning orders and containers to ensure efficient shipping and stock replenishment.
- Managing UK stock through a 3rd-party warehouse.
- Coordinating with import partners for UK clearance.
- Updating internal databases, including managing customer labelling and delivery arrangements.
- Creating product line sheets for factory compliance with customer specifications.
- Negotiating with factories and customers on dates, order quantities, and pricing.
- Supporting Account Managers and the Head of Merchandising with budget planning.
