The Role

Are you a proactive, analytical professional? If so, we are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team.

In this role, you\’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our products are available in the right place, at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing critical paths aligned with key dates, working closely with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to meet timelines.
  • Raising and managing purchase and sales orders for factories and customers.
  • Analysing customer sales data to highlight potential issues and opportunities.
  • Planning orders and containers to ensure efficient shipping and stock replenishment.
  • Managing UK stock through a 3rd-party warehouse.
  • Coordinating with import partners for UK clearance.
  • Updating internal databases, including managing customer labelling and delivery arrangements.
  • Creating product line sheets for factory compliance with customer specifications.
  • Negotiating with factories and customers on dates, order quantities, and pricing.
  • Supporting Account Managers and the Head of Merchandising with budget planning.
