We are looking for Head of Campaigns within Aerospace and Simulation, you\’ll take full ownership of identifying, developing, and winning high-value business opportunities. You\’ll lead bid capture activities from pipeline development through to contract award, delivering quality & compliant solutions that meet client and company goals. Working closely with internal delivery and strategy teams, you\’ll help shape the future of my clients UK defence capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Senior-level experience in the aerospace sector, with a strong understanding of military aviation operations and requirements.
- Proven track record in business development, campaign management, or bid leadership within defence or a highly regulated technical environment.
- Deep knowledge of the UK defence ecosystem, particularly in Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing domains.
- Experience working with or within MOD, DE&S, or front-line commands is highly desirable.
- Develop and own a robust pipeline of business opportunities aligned to the 5-year Integrated Business Plan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with defence industry stakeholders to elevate brand visibility and market presence
- Lead, coach and inspire the Business Winning team
- Manage high-quality, timely and budget aligned bids that reflect client needs and operational viability
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Programme/Project Managers, Marketing, Engineering and Commercial to ensure seamless solution delivery
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies and potential growth areas to expand the business offering
- Support existing contracts and customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities
