A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the in-house marketing team at KERV Capital as a Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprentice. KERV is a dynamic investment firm with a growing portfolio of 18 businesses across recruitment, finance, and tech. Known for its innovative approach and forward-thinking culture, KERV runs a centralised marketing function that delivers impactful campaigns and brand strategy across its group companies.

The successful apprentice will support a wide range of marketing activities, including managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, assisting with lead generation campaigns, and producing visual assets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Client Support & Relationship Building: Liaise with clients via email and in person to support their content needs, define tone of voice, and build strong, lasting relationships.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing business social media accounts, create and schedule content, and engage with audiences using tools like Metricool.
  • Content Creation & Campaigns: Produce engaging content including videos, long-form articles, and multi-platform posts to support campaigns and enhance brand presence.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Support email and social outreach, assist consultants with targeted campaigns, and contribute to lead generation strategies.
  • Brand & Design Support: Ensure brand consistency by designing assets for digital and print, maintaining design files, and upholding brand standards across all marketing materials.
  • Analytics & Innovation: Monitor and report on campaign performance, apply insights to optimize content, and contribute creative ideas and AI solutions to improve efficiency.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours&Benefits:

  • £14.600 to £16,500 per annum
  • Monday to Thursday 8:30am till 5:30pm
  • 20 Days annual leave plus a extra day off for your birthday
  • 32 hours per week
  • Full time working hours avaiaible

  • Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Creative & Design-Savvy: Confident using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create engaging social media graphics and marketing materials.
  • Social Media Awareness: Familiar with platforms such as Instagram, and TikTok, and how they contribute to B2B marketing strategies.
  • Organised & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining consistency and accuracy across content and design work.
  • Proactive & Collaborative: A team player with a curious mindsetkeen to contribute ideas, support colleagues, and stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and tools.
  • Grade 4 in GCSE Maths and Grade 4/C in GCSE English
