Brand Manager Join a Growing Team in the Pet Industry!
The Animal People are thrilled to partner with our client once again to recruit a talented Brand Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead brand campaigns and product launches while working with a supportive line manager who is passionate about mentorship and progression.
If you\’re an experienced Brand Manager with a passion for storytelling, product development, and consumer brands especially within the pet or FMCG space this could be your ideal next step.
What Youll Be Doing:
Youll play a pivotal role in brand development and executing marketing strategies across a diverse, fast-moving product portfolio. Your day-to-day will include:

Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Leading new product launches from concept through to retail shelf

Collaborating with the Social Media & PR Executive to create engaging digital content

Conducting consumer and competitor research to support strategy and new product development

Ensuring consistent brand tone, design, and messaging across all marketing materials

Overseeing the creation of POS and trade marketing assets to support in-store presence and sell-through
Wed Love to See:

35 years experience in brand marketing, ideally in FMCG, pet care, or lifestyle consumer products

Creative and strategic mindset with strong copywriting skills

Product development and market analysis experience across B2B and B2C

Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite a bonus), plus comfort using SEO, PPC, and email platforms
