Our client based in the Wrexham area is currently looking to recruit a Marketing Manager on a permanent basis.They are seeking an ambitious and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to drive their luxury brands growth, expand awareness, and enhance engagement acrossmultiple channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing a fully integrated marketing plan, managing digital and print communications, coordinating high-end events, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to elevate the brand image and achieve significant sales growth.
Performance Objectives
Align with the ten-year strategy for marketing and delivery on key objectives and milestones.
Align marketing plans with an agreed budget, track expenses, and provide regular budget updates.
Drive consistent brand storytelling and communication aligned with our core values.
Ensure brand values are effectively communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with external photographers, printers, web developers, and PR consultants.
Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities for partnerships, enhance brand visibility, and support revenue growth.
Define and validate event and pop-up strategies with the sales team to generate awareness and sales among UHNWI collectors and business influencers.
Oversee website content strategy including planning, writing, editing, SEO optimisation, and internal/external backlinking.
Keep project portfolio and case studies up to date.
Maintain and update careers page, liaising with HR for openings.
Lead keyword research and performance tracking using tools like Google Search Console.
Develop new web pages: create briefs, write content, and plan layouts.
Plan and schedule monthly newsletters: gather content, draft copy, coordinate design, and report on KPIs (open rates, CTRs).
Manage segmented event email campaigns: list creation, design coordination, scheduling, and approval workflows.
Define and implement strategies to introduce new channels (e.g., TikTok) and emerging technologies (Web3, AR/VR) to stay ahead of trends.
Produce and coordinate content (photography, videography, graphics), write optimised captions, and schedule posts via Loomly.
Manage community engagement by monitoring activity, responding to comments/messages, and tracking trends and brand mentions.
Lead collaborative campaigns with partner brands: proposal development, approvals, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Define and execute a communication plan supporting brand visibility online and in print (PR, social media, blog, newsletters, website, CRM).
Manage external consultants to ensure consistency of messaging.
Lead video and still photography production, including brief creation, scheduling, on-site support, and asset review.
Collaborate with the in-house designer on production of high-quality marketing materials.
Support pre-event planning, including timelines, gift logistics, documents, and vendor collaboration.
Promote events through email invites, social media, and dedicated website content.
Execute live social media updates during events and coordinate press interactions.
Create post-event recaps (blogs, photo galleries, videos), communicate with clients and press, gather feedback, and track ROI.
Identify relevant awards and manage submission timelines, gather supporting materials, and draft award entries in collaboration with the team.
Coordinate the design of supporting decks and presentations.
Person Specification
Bachelors degree in luxury marketing preferred; degree in marketing with luxury market experience considered.
23 years of proven experience in 360 marketing and communications for a luxury brand.
Demonstrated ability to plan and execute brand marketing projects, including supplier management.
Strong understanding of social and digital media, SEO, and how to leverage them for brand value.
Experience with website management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
Motivated, ambitious, and innovative with the ability to drive projects forward at
pace.
Detail-oriented with high standards for quality and accuracy.
Creative thinker with an interest in luxury markets, design, and emerging technologies (e.g., AR/VR).
