Your Impact: What Youll Be Doing

Youll support the development and execution of our margin and performance strategies, helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse department- and product-level margins to understand profitability
  • Spot trends, risks, and opportunitiesthen recommend data-led actions
  • Lead variance analysis (actuals vs. forecasts, budgets, prior periods)
  • Create and present clear, actionable margin performance reports to senior leaders
  • Support pricing and promotional strategy evaluations to optimise margins
  • Help shape budgets and forecasts with accurate margin inputs
  • Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend changes to improve profitability
  • Produce ad hoc reports to support strategic decisions
  • Work closely with Buying teams to influence decisions that boost margins
  • Collaborate with Data teams to enhance the quality and granularity of reporting

Position: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: Monday Friday, 08:45am 17:30pm.

Location: Plymouth, Devon on-site full time
