Your Impact: What Youll Be Doing
Youll support the development and execution of our margin and performance strategies, helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse department- and product-level margins to understand profitability
- Spot trends, risks, and opportunitiesthen recommend data-led actions
- Lead variance analysis (actuals vs. forecasts, budgets, prior periods)
- Create and present clear, actionable margin performance reports to senior leaders
- Support pricing and promotional strategy evaluations to optimise margins
- Help shape budgets and forecasts with accurate margin inputs
- Identify underperforming SKUs and recommend changes to improve profitability
- Produce ad hoc reports to support strategic decisions
- Work closely with Buying teams to influence decisions that boost margins
- Collaborate with Data teams to enhance the quality and granularity of reporting
