CRM Solutions Architect | D365, Azure | London Hybrid | Sports Industry | Up to £95K + benefits
Role Overview
You will define and assure solution architecture across CRM, customer data platforms, and marketing technology ecosystems. Working within Agile delivery squads, you’ll guide onshore/offshore technical teams, ensure alignment with enterprise architecture strategy, and lead technical design governance. The role includes working closely with product, data and engineering teams to design scalable, cloud-based solutions and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture design across CRM, CDP, campaign and marketing platforms.
- Lead advisory and assurance across delivery lifecycles, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Evaluate, integrate and implement SaaS/COTS platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, composable MarTech solutions).
- Define architectural standards, integration patterns and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, chairing Technical Design Authority forums.
- Support modern cloud-based (Azure/AWS) architecture patterns and data integration strategies.
Key Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in Solution Architecture or senior technical design roles.
- Proven delivery of CRM and MarTech/CDP platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure, AWS or GCP).
- Strong understanding of SaaS/COTS implementations and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery (Scrum) and enterprise-level governance models.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
