The Role:
This is a newly created role, we’re hiring a Salesforce & Certinia Administrator to join our dynamic Platforms team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll be the driving force behind the systems that underpin our growth – from Sales Cloud to Certinia ERP and PSA.
You must have experience in architecting Certinia applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Platforms Administration and Optimisation: Configure, maintain and enhance Salesforce and Certinia ERP and PSA to align with evolving business needs
- User Support & Training: Provide effective support and training to users, ensuring they’re confident and capable in using the platforms
- Reporting & Insights: Build and deliver insightful dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the business
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and enhance business processes through smart platform solutions
- Upgrades & Releases: Stay informed on new features and updates, coordinating smooth rollouts and ensuring systems are always up to date
Personal Specification:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce & Certinia Administrator (ADM 201 certification is essential)
- Strong communicator who can make the technical feel simple
- Proactive, curious and collaborative – you love solving problems and scaling systems
- Comfortable working directly with users to understand needs and deliver great experiences
