Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for driving impact behind the scenes? We’re seeking a Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO and leadership team, playing a critical role in enabling executive effectiveness, streamlining operations, and driving key initiatives.
About the Role:
This role combines high-level administrative support with strategic project management. You’ll act as an extension of the CEO—filtering priorities, managing key communications, and ensuring that strategic goals are translated into action. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. The role will involve a lot of travel both in the UK and Overseas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping manage priorities, meetings, and key decision-making processes.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and correspondence with discretion and efficiency.
- Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and internal communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment on company goals.
- Track progress on strategic objectives and ensure timely execution.
- Facilitate leadership team meetings, including agenda setting, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or in a Chief of Staff-type role.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Strong judgment, confidentiality, and ability to anticipate needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Notion, or Trello).
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude.
