M365 Engineer/Consultant

12 Month Contract

3 days per week onsite in Bournemouth

Role Overview:

As an M365 Engineer, you will serve as a technical design authority, delivering M365 products and services to our workforce. Collaborating with other engineering and architecture groups across the broader technology organization, you will ensure the delivery of robust and secure platforms that support large-scale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead activities related to mergers and acquisitions for enterprise messaging and collaboration products within M365.

·Assist in delivering business-to-business collaboration capabilities with a strong understanding of associated controls.

·Ensure compliance with security, legal, and regulatory requirements for moving data into cloud services, preferably within the finance sector.

Required Skills:

· Experience with migration for M365 products (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online Hybrid).

· Expertise in SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

· Knowledge of eDiscovery, MCAS, and Security & Compliance Center.

· Experience with Networking/Express Route for SaaS.

· Integration experience with Skype/Teams.

· Detailed understanding of the M365 DLP controls landscape.

· Proficiency in Azure Information Protection.

· Experience with large-scale migration tooling, automation, and processes.

This position is intended for an advanced or lead-level resource.
