Application Support Developer
Location: Wiltshire (Hybrid – 3 days on-site per week)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

We're looking for an Application Support Developer to join a forward-thinking organisation undergoing major digital transformation. You'll play a key role in ensuring systems run smoothly while supporting users and contributing to the ongoing development of new solutions.
What You'll Do

Deliver 1st and 2nd line support for internal business applications, resolving incidents and service requests quickly and effectively.

Liaise with users to identify issues, provide guidance, and escalate more complex problems to the development team.

Support application updates, configuration changes, and data management tasks.

Assist with testing and quality assurance for new software releases.

Contribute to clear, user-friendly documentation including support materials and user guides.

Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and support teams to prioritise and resolve issues in line with business needs.

Maintain awareness of the business processes supported by each application to ensure effective operational support.
What You'll Bring

Proven experience in application or software support (1st or 2nd line).
