HGV Class 2 Driver | Hemel Hempstead
HG are recruiting HGV 2 Drivers to work with our client based in Hemel Hempstead working on an long term/temp to perm basis.
You will be required to carry out multi-drop deliveries of chilled/Ambient goods to all high street stores. Loading and unloading your vehicle using tail lift. Ensuring deliveries are carried out safely on a day to day basis.

Parity from day 1, rates
- Monday-Sunday days first 48 hours – £18.75
- Monday Sunday nights first 48 hours – £21.13
- Overtime after 48 hours worked or 6th shift £22.64
The Role:
- Maximum of 8 drops/collections per day
- Loading and unloading vehicle.
The Requirements:
- HGV 2 license -Minimum 6 months experience
- HGV 2 licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements
- Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards
- A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and Working time directive
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- Customer focused attitude.
