- Own and lead the sitesQuality Management System (QMS)to ensure safe, legal, and high-quality products.
- Championaudit readiness, leading internal, third-party, and customer audits.
- Manageraw material approval and validation, ensuring supplier compliance and material integrity.
- Lead theHACCP, TACCP, and VACCPprogrammes and maintain robust food defence plans.
