Salary: £33,000-£35,000 base salary (OTE £45,000-£60,000pa)

The client:
Interaction have partnered with a rapidly expanding, rewarding and innovate organisation based in the Wiltshire area to support the growth of their engineering team. Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a skilled electromechanical engineer interested in learning, developing and progressing within the Compact Plant industry.
The package:
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays + 1 additional day per year / up to 25 days + Bank
- Laptop, Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Company Credit Card

- Training & Development within industry
- Occasional overnight stays (Paid subsidiaries, food & drink allowance)
- Overtime paid before 08.00 @ 1.5x hourly rate, 1.5x hourly after 16.30, Optional Weekend Work First four hours on Saturday paid at 1.5x, 2x for every hour after. Sundays & Public holidays are paid at 2x hourly rate
- Operate in a 3 hour radius of your location with door to door paid
- Opportunity for training & progression within to a senior role.
The Duties:
- To attend breakdowns, service and PPM\’s on an array of industrial scale compactor systems within the waste management industry.
- The use of manual hand tools (Spanners, Screwdrivers), electrical hand tools (powered drills, grinders), lifting equipment (lifting slangs, hoists etc), Hot working tools (Blowtorch, heat guns)
- To carry out electrical, electronic, mechanical fault finding alongside elements of hydraulic systems.
- To manage your time effectively to ensure work is carried out to a high standard in a timely manner.
- Update job reports and order parts when necessary.
- Ensure Health & Safety Procedures are followed
The Requirements:
- Electrical, Electrical and/or Mechanical fault finding, repair & service experience would be advantageous.
- Any previous experience with MIG/TIG Welding 0 Advantageous but not essential
- A good level of electrical or mechanical knowledge, similar roles could include plant engineer, maintenance engineer, hydraulic engineer, pneumatic engineer, mechanical fitter, forklift engineer.
- Experience using electrical & mechanical tools.
- Previous experience as a mechanical, electrical or field based engineer. Any experience surrounding hydraulic systems/hoses, mechanical fault finding & repair alongside some base electrical work
- Full UK Drivers License
