Job Description: Ignis Care is seeking experienced and skilled Senior Residential Support Workers to lead and support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with the qualifications and drive to help create brighter futures for young people. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the daily operations of the residential home. Assisting children with their care plans, development, and safety. Leading, mentoring, and supervising other support staff. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and creating a nurturing environment.
