IT Support Engineer required by my leading client based nr Nottingham
Role:

Delivering professional and friendly IT support (in-person and remote)

Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

Installing and configuring desktops, servers, and associated software

Maintaining and improving IT infrastructure

Performing proactive server and desktop maintenance

Researching and implementing new technologies

Handling complex technical issues and escalations

Degree, further education, or equivalent hands-on experience in Computing
