What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
- Supporting Property Managers and their portfolio
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the Property Manager or Senior PC
- Ensuring Qube & Cheat sheets are updated with relevant information (including PA and access info)
- Confidently issue letters via the correct correspondence on Qube (including breach of lease letters)
- Managing MCP efficiently (i.e. adding updates where necessary, assigning requests to the correct person, correct categorising, unacknowledged below 10 daily etc.)
- Raise detailed work orders and quotation requests
- Visit sites for better understanding and learning development (not a must)
- Deal with fob/key requests
- Phone support if needed
- Maintain accurate records of all actions taken for audit and compliance
