Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils\β learning, both individually and in small groups, helping them engage with lessons and complete tasks. You will assist in promoting an inclusive learning environment, supporting pupils with additional needs, and contributing to classroom management and resource preparation. The role also involves observing and reporting on pupil progress, following school policies and safeguarding procedures, and participating in apprenticeship training. This position is ideal for someone with good communication skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children. You will gain valuable hands-on experience, receive mentoring from experienced staff, and have the opportunity to complete a nationally recognised apprenticeship qualification while developing a career in education.
