An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electronics Test Engineer to join a pioneering technology business on Permanent basis. This role offers the chance to be part of cutting-edge projects across electrification, telemetry, control, and analytics.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8h-17h
About the Role
You will play a key role in testing and validating advanced electronic products, following predefined processes to ensure technology is delivered effectively, efficiently, on time, and to specification. The role also involves supporting and supervising test technicians, contributing to process improvements, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Lead and deliver test activities, following defined processes and technical documentation
Supervise and support test technicians, coordinating tasks where needed
Perform test activities during product manufacturing, including electronics assembly inspection
Use standard lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, and multimeters
Fault-find electronic circuits and assemblies to component level
Maintain manufacturing documentation to ensure full traceability
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to ISO9001 quality standards Knowledge, Skills & Experience
ONC, HNC or equivalent in electronics (essential)
Strong understanding of relevant IPC standards
Experience in high-technology environments
Proficiency with test instruments and diagnostic equipment
Ability to read and follow technical documentation and procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good time management and basic PC skills
Previous experience in supervising or mentoring others is desirable What We Offer
