A progressive organisation where you can really make a difference. We have a great opportunity for a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect – Field Service Management to join the team. The Salesforce Technical Architect will consider the HD architecture and the culture of the organisation along with the operating model and factor this into their solution selection and design. They will challenge themselves to strive to find the right solution and not deliver the textbook happy-path solution. Helps in design and deliver healthy implementations for enterprise-grade customers using Salesforce products. The primary responsibility is to recommend the best solution for a given set of requirements and articulate the trade-offs involved in choosing one solution over another. Key Responsibilities: 1.Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Field Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical best practices. 2.Guide architecture decisions for integrations, data migrations, data models, customizations, and platform performance optimization. 3.Conduct code reviews to assess quality, adherence to coding standards, and optimal technical design. 4.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions for efficient resolution. 5.Assist with development tasks as needed, bridging the gap between architecture and development. 6.Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a strong learning environment and continuous improvement. 7.Collaborate with the product development team to identify solutions for technical product limitations. 8. Exploring functionalities like GraphQL, offline development, and Apex development. 9.Partner with Business teams to translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions. 10.Break down these solutions into actionable tasks and manage them within Jira. Key Skills & Experience: * In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Field Service concepts, functionalities, and configuration options. * Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. * Strong understanding of integration patterns, data migration strategies, and data modelling principles. * Experience with Salesforce customization techniques (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components). * Proficiency in code review practices and the ability to identify potential code improvements. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is a must. * Knowledge of User Stories, Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, and other solution specification techniques Good To Have * Working experience of Salesforce integration with SAP PM, SAP HR modules. * Integration experience with SAP PI/PO systems. * Knowledge on ETL tools- MS SSIS tools. * Involved or engaged in Training the targeted Salesforce audiences as per requirement This is an excellent opportunity on a great project of work, If you are looking for your next exciting opportunity, apply now for your CV to reach me directly, we will respond as soon as possible.
