Field Service Technician Responsibilities: Spending about 80% of your time at customer sites, managing your schedule to meet client needs. Travelling across the UK and Europe to provide technical support while adhering to strict safety guidelines. Handling the installation, commissioning, calibration, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment. Working closely with clients to resolve technical issues and provide customized solutions. Using AutoCAD to produce and update electrical schematics, ensuring accurate documentation. Keeping CRM systems up to date and providing clear, detailed reports for clients and internal teams. Participating in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). Overseeing contractors on-site and acting as the main point of contact for the business.
