Job Description
Service Engineer
Hybrid (National Cover)
7am-4pm (40 hour week)
£32k to £38k
+1.35x Overtime, 38 Days Holiday (Including Bank), Work Van, Fuel Card, Laptop, Overnight Expenses Paid, Training and Development, Regular Work Events Overseas
Established for close to ten years now, we are a growing company within the warehouse automation sector. We have close relationships with global 3PLs and trusted brands, having built our own robots and software to get the job done. Our robots redefine how goods are moved, this boosts efficiency, accuracy and speed. Helping give customers the automation solutions they deserve. Join us as we shape the future of material handling as we are now on the look out for a Service Engineer to head our UK region.
This role will vary day to day, with you being based from Birmingham but will cover callouts over the whole UK. You will work from home for troubleshooting and accessing our robots remotely, then when a toolbox is needed you will head out to site to fix the robots. You will be given all tools needed for the role and cross communicate with other channels for reports and call out diaries. Full product training is provided in an introduction period as our robots use our own software.
Skills:
- NVQ or Equivalent in Engineering
- ROS and PLC knowledge
- Experience with robotics
- Forward thinking with problem solving skills

- Open and willingness to overseas travel and overtime
- Ability to read mechanical/ electrical schematics
- Multi skilled engineer
- Experience in troubleshooting, implementation, maintaining robotics
- Full UK Driving License
