The role will benefit from hybrid working of 3 days based in office and 2 from home after probation. Key Responsibilities: Provide pre-sales technical support, fault diagnostics, and issue resolution, interfacing with customers, sales subsidiaries, quality, and RD&T teams. Conduct pre-launch product installation, testing, evaluation, and reporting. Evaluate competitor products and conduct market research, maintaining and updating a competitive database. Collaborate with the Fleet Management Services team to ensure product suitability for integration and compatibility with Brigade services. Conduct customer visits for trials and issue resolution.
