What You’ll Be Doing: Lead & Inspire: Motivate your team to exceed sales goals and deliver five-star service—every time. Drive Sales: Take full ownership of performance metrics (UPT, ATV, Conversion, Footfall) and smash your targets. Showcase Products: Keep the store looking fabulous and on-brand through stunning merchandising. Stay in Control: Manage inventory, keep stock in check, and make sure the tills balance.
