Role: Field Service Technician – Multi-Functional Devices Location: West London Inner M25 Package: up to £32,000 per annum + 10% bonus Would you like to join a very forward thinking company? Are you a photocopier field service engineer looking for a new challenge or working as a Field Service engineer in another sector seeking a new challenge ? What will your day to day responsibilities be? Achieve key SLA\’s as directed to maintain optimum customer satisfaction. Respond to call outs in a timely and professional manner, identify and resolve technical faults, and undertake all technical modifications as they arise. Install and network Multi-Functional Devices on customer premises to the customer\’s satisfaction. Provide advice and training to customers on all aspects of the machines\’ functions to ensure customers are fully aware of and utilize the full capabilities of the installed device. Undertake relevant training as directed, including computer-based training, to ensure up-to-date knowledge is maintained of all Multi-Function products, which may include overnight residential training as required. Perform all repairs in a safe manner and in accordance with manufacturers\’ recommendations and Health & Safety legislation.
