Senior Product Owner
£55,000 – £65,000 | Fareham, Hampshire
You’re the one who turns a vision into working software.
You’ve worked closely with engineers, led agile delivery from the front, and know how to balance user needs with technical constraints. You don’t just keep the wheels turning; you make sure every sprint moves the product in the right direction.
This is your opportunity to join a tech-driven business in Fareham, working on a cloud-native SaaS product built on AWS. You’ll report to a Strategic Product Manager, who owns the overall direction, while you take charge of delivering the roadmap, managing the backlog, and bringing features to life.

What you’ll be doing:
- Working with the Strategic Product Manager to turn product vision into detailed, deliverable stories
- Owning the day-to-day product backlog, defining features, prioritising work, and managing sprints
- Leading agile ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros – keeping the team aligned and focused
- Writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria that balance business value with technical clarity
- Collaborating with developers, QA, and operations to deliver scalable, high-quality product releases
- Using user feedback and product data to refine the backlog and improve delivery over time
- Acting as the go-to person for the dev team, resolving blockers, answering questions, and keeping things moving
