Job Opportunity: Non-Motor Claims Lawyer
Are you an experienced legal professional with a passion for non-motor claims? We're looking for a skilled and motivated Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced fee earner to join a dynamic team and manage a diverse caseload of non-motor claims, including Employer's Liability, Public Liability, Highways Act, and Product Liability.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for running a caseload primarily made up of new instructions, with some transferred existing files. While there may be some higher-value RTA work, RTA experience is not essential. The caseload will span Fast Track to solid Multi-track value, offering variety and challenge.
You'll receive basic administrative support and supervision, but the role is largely self-supported, requiring independence and confidence in handling routine matters.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Is a Solicitor or Legal Executive, or has equivalent experience
- Has 3 + years experience managing a primarily non-motor caseload
- Can demonstrate a track record of meeting targets
