Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Class Teacher to start ASAP at a welcoming single-form entry primary school.

The role

As a Year 4 teacher, you will create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child is supported to achieve their full potential. You’ll use a range of teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs, ensuring lessons are dynamic, accessible, and aligned with the curriculum.

With a strong sense of patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for teaching, you’ll foster a classroom culture that encourages curiosity, builds confidence, and nurtures a love of learning.

The ideal candidate:

  • An experienced primary practitioner
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Ideally have experience teaching in Year 4 or Key Stage 2
  • Be available to start ASAP
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching and supporting pupil development
  • Show strong classroom management skills and effective communication
  • Always prioritise the safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of all pupils
