Medical Negligence Associate Solicitor – High WycombeAn established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Medical Negligence Associate Solicitor to join their expanding clinical negligence team based in High Wycombe.The Role:The successful candidate will have 3 to 4 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) and proven expertise in managing medical negligence cases through all stages, from inception to conclusion. Experience handling personal injury claims is desirable but not essential.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant case law and changes to fixed costs and clinical negligence pre-action protocols, particularly for cases under £25,000.
- Meeting fee-earning targets aligned with experience.
- Completing own typing and administrative tasks.
- Working primarily from the office during standard hours (9 am – 5 pm), with some flexibility for additional hours as needed.
- Collaborating closely with team members as a committed team player.
