The Opportunity

The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Associate (4 years’ experience) with a strong background in Corporate Finance / M&A within the Infrastructure, Utilities, or Energy sectors. If you're passionate about being hands-on in transactions and enjoy building detailed financial models that drive critical investment decisions, this is your next challenge.

What You'll Be Doing:

🔹 Valuation work and detailed financial modelling

🔹 Preparing client and internal presentations

🔹 Attending and contributing to client meetings

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 4 years of relevant experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or modelling – ideally within Infrastructure

✔️ Background in Investment Banking or Big 4 Corporate Finance (Infrastructure focus)

✔️ Strong track record of deal execution – please include your deal sheet

✔️ Advanced financial modelling and valuation skills

✔️ Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
