Job Description
V&C Associates are proud to be working with a FTSE 100 company, who are one of the largest of PB Student Accommodation, growing year on year in the UK and Internationally who are looking to appoint a Student Experience Team Lead in the Midlands (Birmingham) to lead the Student Experience team covering a small cluster or single property, ensuring excellent service, student welfare, and a safe, clean, inclusive environment. The position reports to the Student Experience Manager and collaborates with other teams to meet performance and operational goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead by example, maintaining positive engagement and brand values.
- Ensure consistent team presence on-site and adherence to policies.
- Champion student welfare, listen to feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage customer accounts from check-in to check-out.
- Drive local sales and revenue through proactive engagement and events.
- Maintain safety, compliance, and emergency readiness.
- Support community-building through Resident Ambassadors and events.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper handling of mail/parcels.
- Promote sustainability initiatives and team development.
