Job Description
Global law firm seeking Multimedia Content Producer to join the team.
This role offers the chance to lead the development of multimedia content—such as videos, podcasts, and photography—that promotes the brand and engages global audiences.
You'll be responsible for creating content that showcases thought leadership, client success, internal communications & marketing.
This role involves end-to-end production of multimedia content, including planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos, managing podcast creation across three channels, and capturing professional photography for various uses. You'll collaborate with internal teams to generate creative ideas aligned with brand strategy, and handle all post-production tasks such as editing and sound design.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring brand consistency, maintaining a content archive, and delivering excellent client service while juggling priorities.
You’ll work closely with global brand, marketing, and communications teams, manage external suppliers when needed, and ensure all content meets high creative and strategic standards. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the firm is also essential.
About you
Desired skills and experience:
- Degree qualified in Film Production, Media Studies, Photography or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with motion graphics and/or animation experience, either within a corporate or production agency.
- Proficiency in video and audio editing software.
- Advanced knowledge of photography equipment, techniques, lighting and editing tools.
- Strong understanding of storytelling and content creation for digital platforms.
- Experience with video and audio equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting and studio set ups.
- Excellent attention to detail/accuracy and ability to proof own work.
- Flexibility to work outside of business hours when required.
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
- All-round communication skills and the ability to deal effectively at all levels.
- Highly motivated, with a proactive, willing, "can do" attitude.
