While there’s still more to do, now is the time to signal confidence in our ability to scale and lead the industry.

Over the past 24 months, we’ve laid the foundations for a truly global NCC, reshaping our footprint, aligning services, and preparing to operate at scale.

To lead this next chapter, we’re creating a new executive role: SVP, Transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Global Leadership Team, this appointment reflects our commitment to simplification, scalable growth, and high-performing operations.

You’ll lead a newly established Transformation Delivery Centre of Excellence, to enable the simplification of structures, modernise systems, and ensure end-to-end accountability for results, including increased Annual Recurring Revenue, improved utilisation, and operational efficiency

Your Mission

  • Lead the end-to-end design and execution of NCC Group’s transformation strategy
  • Build and embed a best-in-class change and value delivery framework
  • Align enterprise architecture, data, and technology to business priorities
  • Redesign core processes for simplicity, scalability, and performance
  • Strengthen governance and accountability, ensuring sustained results
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes: ARR, utilisation, efficiency, and margin improvement

What You Bring

You’re a proven transformation leader who has:

  • Led large-scale, complex programmes in a global, matrixed business
  • Built and scaled high-impact change or transformation functions
  • Deep expertise in business architecture, change delivery, and enterprise tech/data alignment
  • A commercial mindset, fluent in delivering value-based outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder influence at C-suite and board level

You are

  • Visionary – you see the big picture and mobilise others to get there
  • Collaborative – respected by your peers and trusted by senior leaders
  • Outcome-focused – driven by impact, not just activity
  • Adaptable – thrive in complexity, lead through ambiguity, and deliver at pace

Our Values

At NCC Group, how we work is just as important as what we deliver. Our values guide our actions:

  • Focusing on Clients and Customers
  • Working as One NCC
  • Always Learning
  • Being Inclusive and Respectful
  • Delivering Brilliantly
  • Looking Externally

Ready to Lead Lasting Change?
