About the RoleOur client is a leading global Financial Services organisation, seeking an experienced Reward Specialist to support and lead on various European Reward projects. You\’ll be working as part of a supportive team, where everyone is hands on.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver reward related projects, including EU Pay Transparency implementation, pay structure reviews, job evaluation, and benefits review.
Establish clear objectives, timelines, and governance frameworks in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate data analysis and project execution.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance across all reward initiatives.
Work with the HRIS team to ensure HR systems are configured to support compliance and accurate reporting.
Lead communication and training initiatives to embed new processes across multiple EU locations.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in reward, compensation, and benefits, with a strong focus on project delivery.
Strong understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data modelling and reporting.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence at all levels.
Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking practices.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
