Are you an experienced Production Team Leader looking to join a business with a great culture? We are working with a manufacturing organisation in Frimley who are looking for a Production Team Leader on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have demonstrable supervisory experience and be well versed working within production management.

Salary £46,500 – £52,500 per annum depending on experience
Two-week rotating shift pattern:
Early shift: Monday – Friday 5:30am – 1:30pm
Late shift: Monday – Thursday 12:30pm – 9:00pm, Friday 12:30pm – 6:00pm

Job Description
- Develop shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Monitor production output and scrap rates
- Performance management and training of the team, including appraisals, recruitment, managing sickness and annual leave
