We're hiring! Compensation Senior Manager
Join my client a prestigious professional services firm in their international compensation hub and help shape the future of reward across their international teams.
We're looking for a strategic compensation expert who can partner globally, navigate complexity, and deliver high-impact reward solutions. If you’re passionate about fair, data-driven pay and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment — this role is for you.
In this role, you’ll:
Advise on international compensation strategy for one of the businesses divisions.
Lead salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compensation reviews across multiple geographies
Support senior-level hiring and annual reward cycles
Drive global reward projects and process improvements
Train and guide HR and Finance partners on best practices
What you’ll bring:
8+ years in compensation (corporate or consulting)
Deep knowledge of reward structures, including executive comp
Senior stakeholder management and engagement skills
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and cultures
