The Opportunity

Hybrid Working – (3 days at Head office)

Are you ready to take the reins and drive revenue growth for our vibrant clusters of hotels? We're looking for an Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team and help us soar to new heights!

What You'll Do:

  • Analyse & Strategise: Dive into historical data, monitor demand patterns, and stay ahead of market trends. With your keen insights, you'll craft winning strategies for yield management, pricing, and positioning.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with our pricing, strategy, and reporting teams. Together, you'll harness the power of data to make informed decisions and drive top-line performance.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Keep our Central Reservation System (CRS) and Property Management System (PMS) in check. Your attention to detail will ensure our pricing data is always spot-on.

Ideal candidate

  • Experience of revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably managing revenue for multiple hotel clusters or properties.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful revenue management strategies, including yield management, pricing optimization, and market positioning.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, proficient in data interpretation and utilizing revenue management tools and software.
  • In-depth understanding of the local and regional hospitality market, including industry trends, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a history of effectively working with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into revenue strategies.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate rate loading in CRS and PMS systems while maintaining data integrity.
