🚨 We're Hiring: Head of Programme Delivery – iQTS
📍 Hybrid (3 days a week in office, 2 days from home) | London based (Gray's Inn Road) | Full-time
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Programme Delivery to lead the strategic and operational delivery of our International Qualified Teacher Status (iQTS) programme.
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking Programme Delivery team, working closely with Academic Services and other cross-functional teams at Tes to ensure the consistent, high-quality delivery of our teacher training provision across global contexts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who brings a deep understanding of teacher training, programme leadership experience, and a commitment to improving outcomes for educators worldwide.
🔑 In this role, you will:
- Lead the delivery of our iQTS programme across diverse global settings.
- Ensure fidelity to programme intent, quality standards, and compliance with DfE expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement through QA insights, tutor training, and learner feedback.
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including DfE and school partners.
- Support team development, manage resource allocation, and champion operational excellence.
- Report on key learner outcomes, including satisfaction, progress, and completion.
✅ What we're looking for:
- Proven experience delivering teacher training and professional development programmes.
- A sound understanding of teacher training reforms (e.g. ITTECF) and routes into teaching.
- Experience managing and developing teams, and engaging with quality assurance and governance processes.
- Knowledge of the international school sector and delivering education in varied contexts (desirable).
- A teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) is essential; NPQ or Master's-level study is a plus.
